چکیده
Objective: to study the effectiveness of dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) in patients with myocardial infarction (MI) after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Material and methods. The involved 20 who underwent PCI at Department Interventional Cardiology Khust district hospital, Zakarpattia region. After artery stenting during 12 months addition complex (Metoprolol, Rosuvastatin, Ramipril, Pantoprazole) received acetylsalicylic acid Ticagrelor (Brilinta). A clinical course disease was analyzed. Prothrombin time, prothrombin index, international normalized ratio (INR), activity liver transaminases, total bilirubin concentration blood serum were determined. Results. During period for acute transmural MI stenting, re-admissions exacerbation underlying not registered. One patient developed a side effect DAPT form mild gastrointestinal bleeding. DAPT, reliable increase time from 12,77±0,18 sec. 13,45±0,34 (р<0,05) (INR) 0,95±0,008 Un 1,0±0,026 (р<0,05). Inconsiderable but alanine aminotransferase (ALT) 14,4±1,11 Un/L 16,67±1,25 found (р<0,05).Conclusions1. Patients (PCI) are well tolerant Ticagrelor. For registered.2. Increase values is indicative decrease coagulation activity.

Triple Versus Dual Antiplatelet Therapy After Coronary Stenting
OBJECTIVES We evaluated safety and efficacy of triple antiplatelet therapy with aspirin, clopidogrel, or ticlopidine and cilostazol after coronary stenting. BACKGROUND Triple antiplatelet therapy might have beneficial effect to prevent thrombotic complications in patients undergoing coronary stenting. METHODS Patients undergoing successful coronary stenting were divided into dual antiplatelet t...
متن کاملTriple vs. dual antiplatelet therapy in patients with acute myocardial infarction and renal dysfunction.
BACKGROUND The question as to whether triple antiplatelet therapy is superior to dual antiplatelet therapy for patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and renal dysfunction, who undergo percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), is unresolved. METHODS AND RESULTS As part of the Korea Acute Myocardial Infarction Registry (KAMIR), 2,288 AMI patients with renal dysfunction (glomerular f...
متن کاملTriple versus dual antiplatelet therapy in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction undergoing primary percutaneous coronary intervention.
BACKGROUND Whether triple antiplatelet therapy is superior or similar to dual antiplatelet therapy in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction undergoing primary percutaneous coronary intervention in the era of drug-eluting stents remains unclear. METHODS AND RESULTS A total of 4203 ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction patients who underwent primary percutaneous co...
متن کاملEvaluation of ejection fraction in patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention
Introduction: Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is a reperfusion strategy to increase life expectancy and ejection fraction (EF) in ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) patients. We investigated the effect of location, severity, type of lesion, number and type of vessel involved and time of angioplasty on the increase in EF in STEMI patients undergoing primary PCI (P-PCI) a...
متن کاملAntiplatelet therapy use after discharge among acute myocardial infarction patients with in-hospital bleeding.
BACKGROUND Bleeding among patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is associated with worse long-term outcomes. Although the mechanism underlying this association is unclear, a potential explanation is that withholding antiplatelet therapies long beyond resolution of the bleeding event may contribute to recurrent events. METHODS AND RESULTS We examined medication use at discharge, 1, 6...
